Campus Injustice: are women safe on campus?

Universities just aren’t set up to handle complaints of sexual abuse. The sector’s regulator says there is evidence that students are more likely to experience sexual harassment than other adults – and yet institutions still do not have the processes in place that we need to fix the problem. What should we do to fix it? Is the main problem one of culture on campus, outdated rule-books or about who works in academia?
