The Responsible Food Forum at Waddesdon
How it works
The Forum is an invitation-only event for senior industry leaders. If you are interested to attend or learn more about our Forums please do get in touch
About
We meet at Waddesdon at a moment of huge opportunity, but also challenge. We face the growing reality of climate change; agricultural practises that too often contribute to the destruction of nature; declining public health in many advanced economies; food poverty and insecurity for hundreds of millions in the developing world. Changes to how we farm, shop and eat are needed – but how will our global and local food systems be transformed? How can we ensure food is affordable and economically viable for all along the food chain? How do we ensure food is nutritious and sustainably produced and sold?
The Responsible Food Forum is designed to be the space where those tensions can be discussed in a thoughtful, pragmatic way, involving representatives from all aspects of the food ecosystem. It will bring together leading climate scientists and agritech entrepreneurs, chefs, retailers and investors to dissect and debate the opportunities and responsibilities of the food industry, in all its stages.
