Chloe Hadjimatheou is the award winning investigative journalist who produced and presented the hugely successful BBC podcast series Mayday about the web of disinformation surrounding the life and death of James Le Mesurier the British ex-soldier who helped train the White Helmet rescuers in Syria. Chloe has investigated stories in Greece, the Middle East, the USA, spending time in the BBC’s overseas bureaux in Washington DC, Jerusalem and Cairo. In 2021 Chloe was shortlisted for journalism’s most prestigious award, the Orwell Prize.
