Within months of Daphne Caruana Galizia’s murder, three hitmen were arrested for the crime. Then – nothing.

For two years it seemed that whichever powerful Maltese interests had ordered her murder might get away with it. Until last November when an extraordinary and unprecedented series of events began to unfold.
