Blood really is thicker than water – especially, it seems, for royals. Prince Andrew – friend of the late billionaire paedophile Jeffrey Epstein – is still (despite efforts to oust him) enjoying the 30 rooms and 98 acres of Royal Lodge in Windsor, but the late Queen’s confidante, dresser and proud Liverpudlian Angela Kelly has been booted out of her home in Windsor all the way to the Peak District this week. She won’t be homeless – Charles has given her a cosy new pad in Yorkshire – but Kelly’s 25 years of service to his mother appears not to have curried favour with the new king. Rumour has it he wasn’t thrilled about her behind-the-scenes books on the Queen’s outfits, which were written with Her Majesty’s blessing. Kelly has said that she is “too old to worry about who likes me and who dislikes me! I have more important things to do!” Like writing a third book on Liz, perhaps?
